Is it safe to pay with cards?
We provide secure card payment in cooperation with DIBS, which guarantees secure payments. Your payment is made through an encrypted and secure data transfer that is approved and verified by VISA and MasterCard. We guarantee the payment is 100% secure. DIBS, which handles card information, complies with PCI-DSS and 3D-Secure requirements. GreekGrandma does not handle any card payments.

You can also choose to pay via direct payment bank and invoice payment.

Direct payment bank
Are you affiliated with SEB, Swedbank, Nordea or Handelsbanken we offer direct payment in cooperation with Payson. You will be redirected to your internet bank, where you can log in as usual. Here you can approve the transaction. After payment, you will be returned to GreekGrandma.com.

Invoice payment
If you choose invoice payment, we cooperate with Klarna. You will receive an invoice together with the goods (14 days payment terms). The minimum order amount is 100 SEK. Invoice settings are always sent to the client's National Record Address.
Part payment with Klarna Account Part payment from 50 SEK / month or 1/24 of the total amount. Collect your purchases on an account and pay against invoice.

I have trouble filling in the information at checkout, how do I do?
Check all required fields (marked with star *). This is necessary in order for you to complete your purchase. Keep in mind that you also need to tick "I accept GreekGrandma's terms of purchase" to continue.

My purchase does not work out, what am I doing wrong?
Check with your bank that your card is enabled for purchase over the internet.

Can I change my order after I have sent it away?
You can not make changes online when the order is made, but if you contact us by phone or email, we will do everything we can to help you.

How long is your delivery time?
We usually ship your order within 1-3 business days. DB Schenker takes a day to ship to your nearest delivery point so you will have your goods within 2-4 business days. At major weekends and red days, delivery will take longer.

How is my goods delivered?
We hire DB Schenker for deliveries. With the DB Schenker Service Point service, your goods will arrive at your nearest DB drop-off point. When the package is available, DB Schenker will notify you via sms, mail or mail, depending on which option you have chosen.

How long is the package left before I have to pick it up?
The package is available at DB Schenkers extradition center for 14 days from receiving your SMS notification.
After that, the package returns to GreekGrandma and if you still want the goods, you will need to make a new order.

How do I do if I want to return a product?
If you want to return all or part of your order, you will be able to do this within 30 days. The product / goods must be unused and in new condition. The goods must be packaged well and sent as traceable packages. You are responsible for shipping costs. Refund occurs when we have returned the goods.

The refund will be made to the same account that you paid from if you paid by card.

If you paid with Instant Bank or Invoice, we will take care of your refund and make sure you get the amount to your account. Contact us if you have questions about a return or complaint.

The package was damaged when I received it - what do I do?
We are responsible for products damaged or disposed of on delivery to customers.

When picking up your package it is therefore important that you check that the goods are not transport damaged. Report transport damage directly at the premises of the extradition agent or contact us and we will assist you in retrospect.

Damaged or defective products that are in unsatisfactory condition upon delivery are replaced by GreekGrandma.

I want to reclaim a product, how do I do?
We follow the Consumer Buying Act and the recommendations that apply to complaints.
You can advertise a product that you consider to be in the wrong condition.

The right of claim is not covered by the fact that, for example, you think a product does not live up to your expectations, you have broken the packaging because our goods are food.
